- Assist in updating the project schedule.
- Assist in maintaining web-based Project Management Control System (PMCS) and project procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports suitable for the needs of the Owner and the Project team.
- Assist to update the project budget, cost and cash flows.
- Review design documents.
- Attend and participate in design meetings / workshops.
- Coordinate design documents between both International consultants and Indonesian consultants.
- Review and process submittals and Requests for Information.
- Prepare daily construction reports and assist in preparation of Monthly Reports.
- Assist in field inspections.
- Review variation orders for both consultants and contractors.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Min. 4 years of experiences in design or construction industry.
- Knowledge of various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation, and procedures.
- Good computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Project, web based PMCS and office suite programs.
- Has experience in handling construction and development of high-rise buildings.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
